A Tandoori Oven for the Development Dept.
Here at Camstar we're always dicovering new flavours from around the world. During his visit to India CEO Ed Starke was fascinated to be able to investigate Tandoori cooking in it's place of origin. Consequently we've acquired a Tandoori oven, just the thing for authentic cooking Punjabi style.
The stainless steel oven takes it's design from the older clay style but has better temperature regulation, is less prone to cracking, and is actual a lot more energy efficient.
