Camstar Looks at Punjabi Cuisine

Here at Camstar we're always dicovering new flavours from around the world. During his visit to India CEO Ed Starke was fascinated to be able to investigate Tandoori cooking in it's place of origin. Consequently we've acquired a Tandoori oven, just the thing for authentic cooking Punjabi style.

The stainless steel oven takes it's design from the older clay style but has better temperature regulation, is less prone to cracking, and is actual a lot more energy efficient.

The now popular naan breads were originally made using the unusual technique shown here. Dough is stuck to the side of the oven for cooking.
